Refund Process

 

Kindly contact our customer care team at customer@jugniofficial.co.uk. When reaching out, please provide the following details: your name, email address, order number, product code, and reason for return.

 

Inform us whether you seek a refund, exchange, or replacement. Please note, refunds, exchanges, or replacements are initiated upon receipt of the returned product.

 

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when sending back your item.

 

Ensure all returned items remain complete, unopened, in their original packaging, and securely packaged. We offer full refunds and exchanges for sealed, packaged items returned in resalable condition within 14 working days of purchase.

 

Please be aware that Jugni Candle is not responsible for return postage costs, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Payment Refund

 

When returning goods to customer services, refunds will be paid onto the same method of payment used on the original order.

 

The refund will match the original purchase price. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned item. You'll get a full refund (excluding any discounts/promotions used and shipping fees) or a replacement.
